Looking for something different at your elevator for grain storage? How about a 1960’s Era Behlen Grain Storage Building? Our 48,000 Bushel Grain Storage building will accept a grain leg at three different positions, and comes with two Early Bin Aerators, Grain Leg Adapters, and three Hurricane Vents to place on the grain leg inlets that are unused. Our example is inParadise, Kansas. Building is 58′ x 24′ x 29′.
I recommend Humbrol Spray Bare Aluminum with Dull Coat over that for the color. These builds always seem to be darker galvanizing that standard bins. I’m sure some observers will have seen many shades, but I think this paint scheme matches closely. Then weather as you see fit.
