Thank you so much for your business. Please note, that orders are manufactured in the order they are received, and the number of orders within a time period dictates how long the lead time is. Typical lead times are 10-14 business days. But during high volume periods this can go as long as 21-30 business days. High volume periods include, but are not limited to, the November Christmas Rush, my attendance at NMRA National Train Show, Saint Louis RPM and Amherst/Timonium. Typically during and shortly after these shows orders flow in, and it takes a while to catch up.  Also note, I’m the only employee, and have a family. I work between 7am and 4pm in order to spend time with my family in the evening. Due to the nature of the 3D manufacturing business and process, refunds are only available within 48 hours of the submission of you order. An order being produced or that has already shipped is not eligible for a refund.

If your order is damaged in shipping, I cannot be held responsible for damages from mishandling by the post office, UPS, or International Shipping. I do everything I can to ensure the components you order arrive in good order and intact. YOU will need to submit a claim with the carrier. I am happy to replace damaged goods free of charge, but shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. I hate that it has to be like that, but with the cost of shipping ever on the raise, I simply can not afford it, and at the same time keep my prices low.
